The Professional Responsibility notes are summarized in accordance with the March 2023 NCA syllabus, covering all case summaries, chapter summaries, and article summaries outlined in the syllabus. These notes are based on the 3rd edition of the casebook. While LexisNexis has released a 4th edition, we did not summarize it directly. However, we consulted the publisher’s “What’s New” guide to update our materials and incorporate several new cases absent from the previous edition.

15-Page Case Summary: At the beginning of the notes, you'll find a concise 15-page summary of the cases. This serves as a valuable reference during the exam, helping you recall key points and structure your answers effectively.
52-Page Table of Concordance: At the end of the notes, there is a detailed Table of Concordance highlighting key cases and articles from the syllabus. This table includes brief summaries and, crucially, links each case or article to the corresponding section or commentary in the FLSC Model Code.
