The Tort Law notes are based on the revised February 2022 syllabus. Since then, the syllabus has been updated, and an 11th edition of the textbook has been released. Additionally, the 4th edition of Introduction to the Canadian Law of Torts has been removed. Our notes are based on the 10th edition of The Law of Torts and the 4th edition (2020) of Introduction to the Canadian Law of Torts.
